Register Hourly Program A registration form is required upon admittance. For a copy of our registration form click here. Complete the form by hand and bring it with you on your first visit or pick up a registration form at Kidz Kabana. Registration takes no time at all and can usually be completed in under ten minutes. Feel free to register on your first visit. A copy of each child's immunization record is also required by the second visit. Full and Part-time Program To register in Kidz Kabana’s full or part- time program, parents should visit our facility with their child to meet with the director to discuss enrollment. At this time the family will receive a tour as well as an overview of our policies and procedures.
